Congrats, you made it through 2021.
2022 will be a fun year with new magbags in exclusive colorways with Esstac (and maybe the mag pouches, too) as well as some new gear with other friends of ours.
Recently the logistics behind shirts has been slower than usual but should speed up going into the new year.
Fulfillment time is currently projected to be 4-6 weeks for shirts and hoodies, but we anticipate that it will speed up considerably. We tried to do away with pre orders but the response in the DMs was in favor of continuing with them so that’s what we are going to do.
USPS has raised their prices and the cost of shipping materials (and literally everything else) has gone up. We are going to change up how we ship certain things to try and pass all savings we can onto you.
Shipping and fulfillment updates will always be posted on Telegram, here, or via the story on Instagram. If an update hasn’t been posted, there isn’t an update. We aren’t going to clutter up the feed or telegram channel to remind you that nothing has changed.
Friendly reminder: If you send a shitty email about shipping or complaining before an update has been made. 100% of the “I have a tracking/shipping problem” e-mails we received were from people that didn’t type in their e-mail address correctly at checkout. Legitimate issues will be addressed and solved. Don’t be afraid to send an email, just don’t be a moron.
