I am getting a lot of dms about the deadlifting patches and I guess there’s a post out there in some facebook group with the wrong instructions.
The 225 patch was for sale, we don’t currently have any left. More will go up at some point, so keep training. The more that you guys reach out in DMs/etc about them the better I can gauge more many more to make. The ETA is “soon.”
In order to get the 405 version you need to submit a video of yourself deadlifting 405 or greater with the 225lbs patch in frame of the lift. No wrist straps. You can belt up if you want. Don’t drop the bar. Don’t drag it on your thighs. Put it on youtube, send the link to me on IG. Send the video directly, doesn’t matter. That’s it.
Keep in mind that I get a ton of messages and it might take me a while to catch up. If you tag me in a story and I don’t see it, don’t get weird about it. Submit it again.
